Check Up Finished!

Here's the news . . .

There is no evidence of cancer in his body at all. He is officially declared
"in remission". He said the doctor used words like perfect and great in his
discussion. Pastor wanted all of you to know as soon as possible.

He goes back in November for a check-up.

Pastor Thomas, I just walked into my bedroom and my TV was still on from this morning and you were on (TBN Christian TV) I call my husband to watch you but it was only about 10 minutes left. Long story short in Mar 2000 Steve was diagnosed with Acinar Carcinoma of the pancreas they remove 80% of his pancreas, glad bladder, spleen and lympth nodes 1 stage no chemo no radiation, Jan 2008 re-diagnosed with the same carcinoma has been through chemo, radiation then surgery and now chemo treatments again but through it all the doctors are marveled at how great he looks and his blood work nor CT, MRI have never been real indicators of his illness only his pain and he has been pain free for about 4 months now. He tolerates the chemo and has never lost his hair which they say he should have. We are Christian and God has given us both is word of healing and we give all the praise and glory to him. Steve's first healing was a miracle how it was found, the doctors put in place(which have since moved on)we have all new doctors but the miracle and blessing of what God has done for Steve is still God's testimony of His grace, love and healing in our lives. I wish you and Steve could talk maybe one day. God Bless you and we will pray for you as well. Steve and Sheila Smith
