Pastor and family just left for Houston, Texas this morning. He will be in a hotel tonight across the street from M. D. Anderson. Tomorrow morning he will check in early at the hospital. Surgery is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Continue to pray for peace and a restful night.
Don't forget that we have a prayer vigil in the Vision Center at Cottage Hill beginning Tuesday morning Dec. 18 at 6 a.m.

We are praying for you. Keep your eyes on Jesus and let your deacons and church family worry about the storms.

Dr. Thomas, I pray that all the people involved with your care tomorrow through your peri-operative and recovery periods will all be Divinely appointed and treat you and your family with professional compassionate, competent, Godly driven care. I will pray especially for your anesthesia providers to use all their skills with upmost vigilance using their best clinical judgments and deliver you through surgery as comfortably as possible. I hope you are able to rest tonight and that the Lord will provide a peaceful sleep. God has you in His hands. Thanks for all you mean to us and the church! Jason & Rachel Sansing
Keith and Karen,
It has been obvious to both of us since we first met you guys that you are full of the Love of God! This battle has not created a love for God within you…it merely allowed it to shine through you like never before. We are praying often for you! It took a fiery furnace for Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego to experience the reality of our God, and I recall that when my life was most fragile, God’s presence and love became most real. As I look back, I wouldn’t change a thing!
Also, we want you to know what you already know and have said and sung a jillion times but cannot hear too often: He is able!! We are praying with a super positive attitude that you will be stronger in the mending and deeper with God in the molding.
Blessings,
Mark and Pam Kuhl
Pastor,
As we wait, God hears and answers our prayers. As you have so faithfully taught this staff to know, waiting is an awesome opportunity to see God at His best. Today, our God is able to do exceedingly more than we could ever ask or imagine. That is our prayer for you and your family. Daniel 10:18-19 is a great promise that you are greatly loved! Be strong and take courage God is with you! We Love You!

Dear Pastor,
Billy and I have been praying for you since we learned about your condition, but I have continued to have a peace that only God can bring. I know that He has you in his hands today and that nothing will happen that he has not already ordained. He is guiding every move of every person involved in your surgery and recovery and there are angels keeping watch over you. You have been his servant for many years and He is not going to forsake you now. Billy and I love you, Karen, and your family and will be in prayer for all of you throughout your recooperation.
Billy and Linda Howard
